Typically those running multiple solutions with multiple stack technologies (either as dual stack or single stack)and complex system landscapes. Additionally the costs to customise to an individual SAP change teams own chnage control process rules and workflow are high and limitations still remain. However, for the relatively small SAP landscape customer (and there are fewer of these around now of course) SAP Solution Manager may well meet the need. For the remainder, a mature, off the shelf solution may be the answer. There are several available and these can be found at the Beteo ALM Mini Guide page.
