Go2Gorup is rleased version 5.6 of jam. The conencitn between JIRA and QualityCenter is tigheter. They now have tree view of test inside of JIRA.

Go2Group gives great support for JaM, many new features, fix lots of bugs. It is growing into something...

JaM has hundreds of users now I think. They have taken this market.

Hallo Peter

We installed Go2Group's JaM 5.0 Plugin too.
It installed in little time and has rich features. Everything we need.
The price was less than $2,000 and we did not even need any consulting becuase it was flexible.
I rarely write to blogs, or give feedback on services or products, but I make rare exceptions. Their support was fantastic. Answered my questions, helpful, responsive.
They have a large implementation base and support behind it so it is going to continue to grow.
Hard to beat all of that in $2,000!

Thank you for your valuable comments.
We have been evaluating different tools before implementing our new bridge for the integration. Unfortunately, the time we started this project, the Go2Group JaM JIRA TD QC plugin was not yet sophisticated enough and didn't fulfilled all the requirements of our customer. So we implemented it ourself and started from scratch.

In the meantime, we would think twice, implementing it again ;-)
Nevertheless, the benefit is, that now we can reuse our flexible, easy adaptable bridge for other customers.

The reason I was waiting with my reply, is that now you can have a look at the English version of my post:

Ohayo LeRenard San,
Now go2group do manual test on our big project and converting scripts to automated test.
They use some Tokyo and Beijing engineer. Most go2group tester are in Beijing office. They charge 30 usd for one hour. Our test manager is happy and recomend them.

Mr. Chan,
We bought Go2Group JaM JIRA TD QC plug-in too.
It was easty to install. Very powerful and full feature. Cheap.
It was perfect out of the box.
Their support was great.
It supports L18n and L10n, we are happy to have this in French!
Has any one here used Go2Group for outsource testing services?
Thank you,
Yvon

Hello,
Forgive me, I only speak Japanese and a little English.
I found your site in Google Search.
My company in Tokyo has more than thousand softwarewaare engineer and 30 test engineer. We use Quality Center QC and JIRA in Japanese version.
We have same problem as many people.
We found excellent product, JaM, that can do all of this. Very easy install. Perfect performance. sync isues two way between QC and JIRA, attachemnts too. Even handles requiremetns between JIRA and QC.
Price was cheap. About 180,000Yen. I think that is 1,500 Euros.
You can find it in google search for: JaM JIRA QC or TD. I think the company is go2group but do not remember.
You can use their JaM product and do consulting and modifications on top of that. Do not need to reinvent the wheel.
Arigoto,
